Uuurgh, I hate Tuesdays

I'm currently in the middle of Tuesday, a day that is devoted soley and utterly to not doing any useful research whatsoever. How did this come to be? *Sobs*

So far today I have:

* Been late for a supervisor's meeting this morning because yesterday I miscalculated the amount I food I ate and ended up on a blood-sugar low at the end of fencing leaving me very, very depressed. This meant a really fun morning wake-up where I just lay in bed until I remembered what had happenned yesterday and why I was feeling so utterly rotten, at which point things went alright again.
* Tried to derive something in the meeting that was pointless and if my supervisor and the world would let me get on with any research, I might actually be able to do it quickly on my own.
* Joined the meeting planning the new cross-campus 1000+ processor e-science cluster, which was fairly fun.
